Our litigation practice offers a broad range of experience from simple business matters to large complex commercial cases with millions of dollars at stake. We accept selected personal injury and property damage cases on a contingent fee basis and have been involved in several of the region's largest damage cases including the Exxon Valdez oil spill case in Alaska and the Jack-In-The-Box E. Coli litigation in Washington.
