Mr. Wangsness is experienced in real estate and business transactions. He is responsible for reviewing and analyzing general due diligence related to real estate financing including organizational documents, land surveys, title insurance and loan documentation. He is also responsible for all post closing issues related to the closing of real estate financing transactions. Mr. Wangsness is a certificated paralegal and a graduate of Edmonds Community College in the state of Washington.
