Mr. Over's practice is focused on the real estate and restaurant industries,
where he specializes in business entity formation and acquisitions, governance
issues, private placements and related tax plannign matters. Mr. Over also has
had substantial litigation experience involving commercial contracts, business
transactions and complex antitrust matters. Formerly an accountant with Arthur
Andersen & Co. before practicing law, Mr. Over received a degree in philosophy
from Colgate University with honors, a masters in accounting from the University
of Hartford and his law degree from The American University where he was an Editor
of the Law Review. Mr. Over is a member of the Washington, Maryland and
District of Columbia Bar Associations.
