Mr. LaRiviere's practice focuses on commercial litigation, representing both individuals
and large corporations on a wide variety of issues. His experience entails all
aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, settlement
negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations. He also has experience representing
corporations in employment related matters. Born and raised in Eastern Washington,
Mr. LaRiviere received a degree in Psychology from the University of Washington
in 1996, and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2001. Mr. LaRiviere
is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
