Ms. Forsgaard's practice is focused on real estate and commercial lending. She
assists lenders and borrowers in closing loan transactions throughout the
United States. A graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, she
has worked as a commercial real estate appraiser in the Bay Area and represented
a certified development company in its Small Business Administration loan programs.
Ms. Forsgaard is a member of the State Bars of Washington and California.
